• Collect or store any conversations or prompts you input into the App
• Track your usage patterns or behavior within the App
• Collect any personal information beyond what is required by the App Stores
• Transmit model interactions or any generated content to any servers
• Monitor which models you download or use
• Access your device storage beyond what is necessary for the App to function
• Collect crash reports or any diagnostic information
• Track message counts or usage limitations
• Upload or transmit photos or images you provide to the App to any external servers

Information Collected by App Stores

When you download the App through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, these platforms may collect certain information as part of the download process, such as:

• Basic device information
• App installation statistics
• App Store account information

This information is collected by Google or Apple pursuant to their respective privacy policies, not by us.

Use of Information

As we do not collect any user data, we do not use your information for any purpose. Your privacy is completely maintained as all interactions remain exclusively on your device.

Data Storage and Processing

• All LLM processing occurs locally on your device
• Model files you download are stored only on your device
• All conversations remain on your device and are not transmitted to us or third parties
• We do not have access to your conversations or prompts at any time
• Photos and images are processed entirely on your device
• Photos shared with the App are stored with encryption on your device for display in message history
• Any temporary image data used during processing is completely wiped immediately after processing

Visual Content Processing

Secret AI processes all photos and images entirely on your device using optimized neural networks. Specifically:

• Your photos are never uploaded or made accessible to external servers
• Images you share with the App are stored in encrypted form on your device to enable display in your chat history
• These encrypted images remain exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to us or third parties
• Compressed versions of your images may be saved to display in message history, but are protected with encryption
• All visual understanding happens offline without internet connectivity
• Image processing is protected by your device's security sandbox
• We have no ability to access, view, or retrieve any images you share with the App

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Secret AI offers subscription plans and one-time purchases that unlock additional features:

• All purchases are processed solely through the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems
• We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information
• Purchase records are maintained by Apple or Google, not by us
• The free plan limit of 10 messages per day is tracked locally on your device without any server communication
• We do not maintain any servers to receive purchase callbacks from these official APIs

Third-Party Models and Services

• When you download models from Hugging Face or other repositories, your interaction with those services is governed by their respective privacy policies
• We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of third-party model providers
• We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party model providers

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

App Permissions

Secret AI requires the following permissions to function properly:

• Storage access: To store and access model files and conversation history locally on your device
• Network access: Only for downloading models from repositories like Hugging Face
• Camera access: To take photos that can be sent to the LLM for processing
• Photo gallery/album access: To select existing photos from your device to send to the LLM and to save photos taken with the camera

These permissions are only used for local functionality. We do not use these permissions to collect or transmit your data to external servers. If you do not allow camera and photo gallery permissions, you will not be able to take photos, save them to your album, or send them to the LLM for processing.
